Arizona Supreme Court Case Briefs
In August 2017, the Journal began producing case briefs to summarize opinions issued by the Arizona Supreme Court. These case briefs include a brief factual background, procedural history, issues, holdings, disposition, rule, and reasoning, as well as any concurrences or dissents.
The Journal hopes that these case briefs will prove a valuable resource to the Arizona legal community. Browse by year, practice area (civil, criminal, constitutional, family, and juvenile), or author (including dissenting and concurring opinions).
