Publication Terms and Copyright Agreement. Journal authors typically sign this standard agreement, but specific agreements may vary.
Review process.
Journal considers each manuscript with an extensive double-blind review process, which can take several weeks. Accordingly, Editors will not review resumes, CVs, and cover letters. While Journal does not offer expedited reviews, authors may notify us by email of any changes to the status of their submission. If Journal accepts your manuscript, please be prepared to provide copies of any sources that are difficult to locate or access either via email or file drive.
Light Touch Policy.
Journal is committed to light touch editing, which hopes to preserve the author’s original voice, argument, and structure, rather than replace it with our own. Each article undergoes multiple rounds of review, during which authors have the opportunity to review and comment on any proposed changes. Our Executive Managing Editor oversees a team of Managing Editors, Staff Writers, Research Editors, and Pre-Production Staff to ensure each piece aligns with Journal’sstandards. Any substantive edits will be presented as suggestions for the author to accept or decline.
